4H Recovery was founded in 2019 by two nurses that work alongside veterans. Through their unique line of work, they found a love for caring for those who bravely served and want to do more to thank them for their service. Many times, veterans are discharged from a hospital or facility without a home to call their own. Together we have created an organization called “4H Recovery“ Habitat for Hope, Help, and Healing that will be an instrumental tool in ending homelessness amongst the veteran population.
To provide additional resources to the community we serve, 4H Recovery provides addiction and rehab services which was founded in 2022 by a group of individuals that see the need to assist the underserved community of greater Indianapolis. Like our homeless veterans, individuals suffering from drug addiction often leave a treatment facility and end up back in the same unsafe environment ultimately leading to relapse. 4H Recovery is here to provide that gap in treatment so our residents will go on to have lifelong recovery.
